HOW DO I PURCHASE A CORPORATE FACILITY?

The quickest way to ensure your spot for the 2017 season is to call our corporate hospitality team on (07) 3354 9311 or email corporate.sales@redsrugby.com.au to book your facility.

 

ARE THERE FACILITIES ON A GAME BY GAME BASIS?

All corporate hospitality facilities are available initially on a season basis only. Any remaining facilities will be offered in 4 match packages in December 2016 with 1 game options available late January 2017. As some of our season facilities sell out, it’s recommended that you consider a season purchase as it’s more cost effective and will ensure you avoid disappointment.

 

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

The Stadium has a catering partner that does not allow food and drink to be bought in during events. The Stadium’s Caterer, O’Brien Group, will liaise with you directly to give you the best option possible for your food and beverage throughout the season.

 

CAN WE BRING CHILDREN INTO THE BOX OR SUITE?

Children are more than welcome in your facility. Children aged 4 and above will require a ticket and a seat, in line with the Stadium’s ticketing and seating policy and will count towards the total number of people in your facility.

 

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The minimum standard of dress in all private corporate facilities is smart casual. Thongs, singlets, t-shirts, running shorts, ripped or torn clothing are unacceptable. However, denim jeans, trousers, dress shorts and collared shirts are acceptable.

 

CAN I SHARE MY FACILITY WITH ANOTHER GROUP?

Yes. Should you wish to share your facility with a corporate partner of your own, you’re more than welcome to purchase together and arrangements can be made for invoicing purposes. Please make QRU aware of this arrangement at time of booking. If you think you’d like to share, but are unsure of who to share with, we can put you on a wait list for other groups looking to share.

 

WHEN WILL THE 2017 SUPER RUGBY FIXTURES BE AVAILABLE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE RENEWAL DEADLINE OF 30 SEPTEMBER 2016?

Any 2016 corporate hospitality partners who do not renew by the 30th September 2016 will not be guaranteed their same facility for the 2017 season. Once the renewal period has closed, new corporate hospitality partners will be allocated the best available facilities which may include any non-renewed facilities.

Should you renew after the date and your facility is not available then you will be allocated the next best available.

 

DO REDS CORPORATE PARTNERS GET ACCESS TO REDS PRE-SEASON AND EXHIBITION MATCHES HELD DURING THE YEAR?

All 2017 corporate hospitality partners will receive priority purchase to any St.George Queensland Reds pre-season or exhibition matches played in 2017. You will be contacted via email with full details once fixtures are confirmed.

 

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO AWAY GAME TICKETS?

Tickets for ACT Brumbies, Melbourne Rebels or NSW Waratahs home games can be purchased through Ticketek by visiting http://premier.ticketek.com.au/.
 
Tickets for Western Force home games can be purchased through Ticketmaster at http://www.ticketmaster.com.au/.
 
Tickets for New Zealand and South African matches are sold through a number of local ticketing agents. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact Corporate Sales who may be able to assist.

 

HOW WILL THE REDS COMMUNICATE WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE SEASON?

The primary method of communication to our corporate hospitality partners is via email. This includes e-newsletters, finals and Test Match ticket information, event and match day information and exclusive offers via the Corporate Rewards Program. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date at all times.

 

IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT AVAILABLE TO AND FROM THE MATCH?

Yes. Suncorp Stadium has train and bus stations directly adjacent to the Stadium. Upon presentation of your 2017 St.George Queensland Reds Corporate Tickets you receive free public transport (except City Cat Ferries) to and from the match as part of your partnership.
